At Baitulia, we take pride in offering high-quality personalized gifts. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding returns and exchanges.
1. Personalized Items
- All customized and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with a production error.
- Please ensure that all details (name, text, color, design) are correct before submitting your order. Once an order is placed, changes may not be possible.
2. Returns & Exchanges
- We only accept returns or exchanges for defective, incorrect, or damaged products. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- To process a return or exchange, please provide clear photos of the product and packaging as proof of the issue.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
- If you received a damaged item and request a replacement, we will cover the re-shipping cost.
4. Order Cancellations
- Due to the nature of personalization, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.
- If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. If production has not started, we may be able to issue a full refund.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the courier. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
- If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your local courier service.
